Comtec Group (International) Limited Acquires Cablelines Pronet Limited

Comtec Group has today, 7th November 2018, completed the acquisition of Cablelines Pronet Limited, the branded structured cabling division of A&GP Trading Limited (“A&GP”) for an undisclosed amount.

The business will continue to trade as normal for now, same team and account details.

Over the coming weeks, Comtec will be planning (with the help of the Cablelines team) the integration of the operation into its existing facilities and will update you on further changes as they are planned.

A&GP Trading Limited has retained all trade receivables and so payments should continue to be made as normal to A&GP Trading Limited.

Peter Pearson, A&GP Trading Ltd Managing Director "Caroline and I started Cablelines from our kitchen in Nottingham in February 1983 and it has been an exciting venture. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your business during this journey and I am sure that the greater resources of Comtec will ensure you continue to receive the same service and commitment in the coming years."

Following the successful transition, A&GP will withdraw from the distribution of the branded structured cabling products.
